. The challenge in this petition is to the Judgment and order dated 12.10.2017 passed by the learned Industrial Court at Kolhapur in Revision Application (ULP) No. 87 of 2016. The learned Industrial Court by the impugned Judgment has allowed the Revision application and while setting aside the order passed by the Labour Court has dismissed the complaint (ULP) No. 62 of 2010 filed by the Petitioner.
