1. The order impugned is in the nature of rejection of prayer of the petitioner/plaintiff about deletion of certain part of affidavit of examination-in-chief of the witness of the respondent/defendant.

2. In response to the Court's query, Mr. Vishal Kanade assures that the issue of permission to delete such part of evidence is already settled by judgment, which he intends to rely on.

3. As such, liberty to circulate the judgment.
