1. The orders impugned are in relation to the grant of mesne

profit. Admittedly, the applicant has surrendered the possession of

the suit premises.

2. Having regard to the rival claims in the application, Mr.

Godbole, learned counsel appearing for the respondent assures

that within one week from today, based on the judgment of the

Trial Court calculations as regards the liability of the mesne profit

with interest shall be made available to Mr. Anturkar, learned

senior counsel appearing for the applicant, so as to enable him to

respond to the same.

3.    In   the   aforesaid   background,   matter   is   adjourned       to

06/09/2022.

4. In the meantime, it will be appropriate to accept the

suggestions of Mr. Anturkar, as against the calculations supplied

by Mr. Godbole that the applicant shall be depositing undisputed

amount in this Court.
