Mr. Khapre, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the report on the farad sheet dated 17-12-2021

shows that the respondent nos. 55, 57, 65, 68, 71 and 74 are dead.

2. Hence, as the legal hairs of respondent nos. 55, 57, 65, 68, 71 and 74 have not been brought on record within time, the Petition stands abated as against the respondent nos. 55, 57, 65, 68, 71 and 74.

3. The learned Counsel for the respondents are directed to file their returns/submissions, if already not filed by 17-08-2022 with advance copy to the other side.

4. List the matter for final disposal on 23-08-2022.

5. The parties shall also exchange all the judgments, on
