 1.               Heard        the    learned    counsel            for        the

 applicant               and    the     learned        AGP         for         the

 respondents/State.



 2.               The learned counsel for the applicant

 submits that as per the order of the learned

 Registrar              (Judicial)       dated     03-07-2018,                 the

 applicant has removed office objections, then

 also, the registration of the appeal is refused

 by the learned Registrar (Judicial) by order

 dated 03-07-2018. It appears from the record

 that the applicant had filed an application for

 extension of one week time for removing the

 office objections dated 17-07-2018, and it was

 granted. It appears that during the period                                            of

 17-07-2018              to      19-07-2018           the     applicant              has

 removed          all          the   office        objections          then        also

 registration is refused.



 3.               This         court        asked     associate            of      this

 court          to       make         enquiry        with        the         concern

 department that why in spite of removal office

 objections the registration is refused.



 4.               At      2.30        pm,     the     associate            of      this

 court         told        to        this     court     that        one        office

 objection is yet to be removed. The applicant

 has removed all the office objections except

 typed copy of the judgment which is not easily

 readable.

 5.               Hence, I pass the following order:

                                  ORDER

a] The order dated 03-07-2018 passed

by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is

quashed and set aside.

b] The delay for filing this

application is condoned.

c] The applicant to remove the office

objections within two weeks.
