By this writ petition dated 9th April 2022, the petitioner challenges the judgment and order dated 29th March 2022 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short) in Original Application No. 733 of 2021. Such original application was at the instance of the respondent no. 2 in this writ petition. The petitioner did not contest the proceedings before the Tribunal resulting in the original application succeeding ex-parte qua the petitioner.
2. After hearing progressed to some length, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. He also seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to apply for review before the Tribunal in accordance with law.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
