We direct the Respondents to file an affidavit of compliance, in terms of the direction issued by this Court in its judgment dated 6th September, 2021 on or before 7th June 2022.

2. Put up on 9th June, 2022.

3. Meanwhile, the affidavit filed on behalf of the Petitioner is taken on record. It emphasizes upon the fact that in the similar manner as noted by this Court in its judgment, some other schools have been brought under the list of granted schools. In the affidavit of compliance to be filed by the Respondents, an appropriate response to the contention made in the affidavit, which is now taken on record today, shall also be incorporated.
