PER COURT:-

. By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India, the petitioners are challenging the letter/order dated 19.04.2022

issued by the respondent No. 1, thereby directing the respondent No. 2

to appoint administrator on the APMC/respondent No. 5 committee.

2. It is not in dispute that extension granted to the managing

committee/respondent committee has already expired in November

2021. In view of this position and in view of the judgment of this Court

delivered on 18.11.2021 in Writ Petition No. 11669 of 2021 in case of

Vishwanath Baburao Kadam Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others

with other connected writ petitions, we are of the view that no case is

made out for interference with the impugned order passed by the

respondent No. 1 thereby directing to respondent No. 2 to appoint

administrator on the APMC/respondent No. 5 committee.

3. We accordingly direct the respondent No. 2 to take necessary

steps to appoint the administrator on the respondent No. 5 committee

within a period of three weeks from today. Upon appointment of such

administrator, the managing committee shall hand over the charge to

the administrator that would be appointed forthwith.

4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition is disposed of. No

order as to costs.

5. Parties to act upon the authenticate copy of this order.
