Learned counsel for the petitioners has tendered a

copy of statement of monthly emoluments as per sixth pay

commission in Contempt Petition No. 268 of 2018. According to

the petitioners the amount mentioned in the said statement is

due and payable to the petitioners by respondent No.6

Management under Judgment and order dated 15.01.2018

passed in Writ Petition No. 5150 of 2013 by the Division Bench

of this Court which has attained fnality.

2. Learned counsel for respondent No.6 states that the

amount payable according to the said order dated 15.01.2018

by his client would be communicated to this Court as well as

learned counsel for the petitioners on next date. Learned

counsel for respondent No.6 shall also indicate as to how his

client propose to comply the order dated 15.01.2018 passed by

this Court in Writ Petition No. 5150 of 2013.

3. Respondent No.6 shall also furnish the names of

office bearers along with their address and designation on

next date.

4. Place the matter high on board on 5th April, 2022.
