       3                     Record indicates that, though the Respondent-landlord did not

pray for eviction of the Applicants, the Trial Court by its Judgment and

Order dated 4th January, 2019 has granted decree of eviction of the Suit

premises against the Applicants.

In view thereof, interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
