1. Prima-facie this Court is of the view that, the Appellate Court has

not committed any error in passing the impugned Order. However, the learned

counsel for the Petitioners intends to argue the matter at length.

At his request, stand over to 8th December 2021.

2. It is however made clear that, the pendency of this Petition shall

not be construed as stay granted to the Judgment and Order dated 6 th January

2018 in Civil Suit No. 99 of 2008 passed by 4th Additional Judge, Small Causes

Court, Pune and the Respondents are at liberty to adopt appropriate steps

under the law.
