1. Mr. Bhavake, learned counsel for the petitioners in this batch of petitions states that the issue involved in these petitions are already covered by judgment dated 10.07.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8587 of 2016 and also in view of Government Resolution dated 24.08.2018 issued by the State Government pursuant to said order dated 10.07.2017. He has furnished list of six matters.

2. Mr. Mali, learned AGP for the State seeks time to consider

22-wp 8166-19.odt whether all these matters are covered by said judgment and also by the Government Resolution dated 24.08.2018. Learned AGP would make appropriate statement before this Court on 07.10.2021.

3. Place the matter on board for direction on 07.10.2021.

4. If, according to the State Government, these matters are not covered by the said judgment or by the Government Resolution dated 24.08.2018, affidavit-in-reply shall be filed on or before next date with copy to be served on the petitioners' advocate simultaneously.

5. Insofar as the service of the papers and proceedings on the management is concerned, the petitioners are at liberty to serve the management by private service at the first instance. The management to remain present on the next date and make appropriate statement before this Court on the next date.
