2. Issue notice to respondents. The learned A. G. P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Mr. Sant, the learned counsel waives notice for the respondent No. 4. The learned counsel waives notice for the respondent No. 5 and seeks time. Stand over to 21.10.2021.

3. The learned A. G. P. shall get the record by the next date.

4. Till the next date the penal action may not be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned judgment of the

committee. However, the petitioner shall also not take benefit of reservation until further orders of the Court.
