                          1.       This is an application for condonation of delay in
                          preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and order
                          of conviction passed by the learned Additional Sessions
                          Judge, Gadchiroli in Sessions Case No.42/2020, whereby
                          the learned Judge has convicted the applicant for the
                          offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal
                          Code and directed to suffer imprisonment for life.
                          2.       The applicant is in jail. Though, this application is
                          coming for the first time, since the applicant is in jail, we
                          are of the view that the delay can be condoned.
                          3.       Hence, after hearing the learned Additional Public
                          Prosecutor for the State, we pass the following order
                                                             ORDER

1. The Criminal Application is allowed.

2. Delay of 81 days caused in filing the appeal stands condoned.

3. The office is directed to register the appeal.

4. The application is disposed of.
