the present Petition with liberty to file a substantive Revision Application

impugning Judgment and Order dated 17 th February, 2021 passed in (A1)

Appeal No.20 of 2014 in R.A.E. & R. Suit No.845/1356 of 2011.

Leave and liberty granted.

Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn with aforesaid

liberty.
