                                  1.            Heard.

2. The contention is that the petitioners, who are the ambulance drivers, are entitled to be treated equally as the other similarly situated drivers and therefore, are entitled to be paid wages at the minimum of the pay scale extended to regular employees.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the view taken by this Court in different judgments in different cases including the case of Dhiraj Sudhakarrao Wankhede and ors. Vs. The Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur through its Chief Executive Officer and ors. in Writ Petition No.2247 of 2014, decided on 20.11.2019.

4. Issue notice for final disposal at admission stage to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

5. Learned GP waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4 in all the writ petitions.

6. Leave to amend the synopsis is granted. Amendments be carried out on or before the next date.

7. These Writ Petitions be tagged along with the Writ Petition (St.) Nos. 9029, 9030, 9031,9032, 9033, 9034 and 9035 of 2021.
