In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay to the execution and operation of the Judgment and Award dated 03/02/2020, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 33 of 2018, subject to payment of entire decretal amount within a period of 12 weeks.
