Mr Kukade, learned counsel for the respondent

nos.1 to 3, seeks a week time to file his submission.

2. The judgment in Writ Petition No.5061 of 2018

and connected matters dated 15.1.2020, specifically directs

in para 18 to make payment of certain sums to the petitioner

which were to be made on or before 31.3.2020. It is

however, apparent that this has not been done, due to which

the present contempt petition has been filed.

3. List the matter on 7/9/2021, by which time,

reply be placed on record along with amounts as directed in

para 18 of the judgment dated 15.1.2020.
