The contention of the petitioner is that he is similarly situated as the petitioner in Writ Petition No.13166 of 2017, wherein by the Judgment dated 03/10/2018, the petitioner therein is held entitled to receive the pensionary benefits from the date of his appointment and that this judgment has been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. Issue notice for final disposal at admission stage to the respondents, returnable in four weeks. Ms.Mayuri Deshmukh, learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.
