P.C. :

1. The parties have arrived at a settlement. The Advocates for the parties

have tendered consent terms, which are common in both the Execution

Applications. They seek disposal of the Execution Applications in terms of the

consent terms.

2. Payments due to the applicants-claimants are said to have been made

today by pay orders. Ms. Solanki confirms receipt of the pay orders and

submits to orders in terms of the consent terms.

3. The consent terms are signed by the parties and their respective

41 & 42-EXA-322-2021 & EXA-323-2021.doc Dixit Advocates, who have explained the contents thereof. It is submitted by learned

counsel for the applicants-claimants that costs, charges and expenses

incurred by the Sheriff of Mumbai have been paid today. Statement is

accepted.

4. In view thereof, I pass the following order :-

(i) There will be an order in terms of the Consent Terms

dated 28th October 2021, which are taken on record and

marked "X" for identification.

(ii) Both the Execution Applications are disposed in terms of

the consent terms.

(iii) Awards stand satisfied. Attachments are lifted.

(iv) In view of the above, pending interlocutory applications,

if any, stand disposed.
