This application is moved by the original respondent No.1 Vasanta Jaisinghpure, who is represented by his counsel Advocate Shri R.D. Hazare. The original appellant - VIDC is represented by Mr. Waghmare, whereas original respondents No.2 and 3 - State is represented by Ms. T.H. Udeshi, learned AGP.

2. By this application, it is contended that this Court has decided the appeal on 17/03/2019 and in view of the judgment the appellant - VIDC filed a pursis dated 24/02/2021 with a calculation sheet. According to the said calculation sheet, the appellant has deposited amount of Rs.2,67,954/- on 23/12/2016. It is stated in the application that out of this as per the appellant Rs.10,484/- is required to be withdrawn by the appellant and remaining amount i.e. Rs.2,57,470/- is to be disbursed to the respondent No.1 by way of compensation.

3. As per the application, the respondent No.1 agreed and accepted the said compensation amount of Rs.2,57,470/- and he therefore, prayed for disbursal of the said amount.

4. The application is allowed. The Nazir of this Court is directed to disburse amount of Rs.2,57,470/- to Vsanta Ramsa Jaisinghpure along with accrued interest.

5. With this the application is disposed of.
