.       Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant, on instruction, submits

that the applicant/appellant /insurer is ready to deposit the entire

amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement and the willingness shown

by the appellant to deposit the compensation, there shall be ad-

interim stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the

impugned judgment and award dated 27th February, 2020 passed in

MACP No. 549 of 2016 by the learned Member, MACT, Thane subject

to deposit of entire amount of compensation and interest accrued

thereon, on or before 26th October, 2021.

4. Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 27th October,

2021.
