. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation

proceeding is pending since the year 2017. The vigilance is not yet

conducted.

3. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 25.10.2021.

The committee shall dispose of the proceeding within a period of three

(03) months.

4. The impugned order placing the petitioner under supernumerary

post during pendency of validation proceeding is quashed and set

aside.

5. The respondents may take further course of action depending

upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the

validation proceeding.

6. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
