.       Heard Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel, on instruction, submits that the

appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation

along with interest accrued thereon.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, there shall be ad-interim

stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the

judgment and award dated 30th January, 2020 in MACP No.456 of

2013 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Thane subject to

deposit of the entire amount of compensation along with interest

accrued thereon, within a period of four weeks from today.

4. Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 23 rd November,

2021.

5. In addition to notice through Court, the applicant/appellant is

at liberty to serve the respondents by private notice and fle

affdavit of service.
