2. By this application, applicant is seeking condonation of delay of

53 days in preferring the appeal against judgment and order dated 26 th

March 2019 passed by ESI Court, Pune in ESI Application No. 4 of

2012.

3. The explanation for the delay is stated in paragraphs no. 2 and 3

of the application.

4. It is observed from the Registry notes that the sole respondent is

served. However, there is no reply filed opposing the said application

despite service.

5. Having perused the reasons in the paragraphs no. 2 and 3 of the

application, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 53 days in

preferring the appeal.

6. Delay of 53 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned.

Civil application is accordingly stands disposed.

7. List the first appeal for admission on 11th October 2021.
