2. Mr.Bhavake, learned counsel for the petitioners tenders a

copy of the judgment delivered by this Court on 22nd July, 2021 in

Writ Petition No.168 of 2021 filed by Sandip Dilip Thorat vs. State

of Maharashtra & Ors. and would submit that the issues involved

in this batch of petitions is covered by the said judgment. A copy of

the said judgment is handed over to the learned AGP for

consideration. Mr.Rajpurohit, learned AGP states that he will

consider the judgment and would make a statement whether the

issue involved in these petitions are covered by the said judgment or

not on the next date.

3. Place the above matters on board for directions on 13 th
