1. Pursuant to order dated 24th November, 2021, an affidavit of

disclosure is said to have been filed in the Registry. Copy of the same

2. Mr. Gada has pointed out that several documents are incomplete

and hence, disclosure is not complete.

3. Mr. Toor has stated that whatever the shortfall, it will be provided

on or before 2nd December, 2021. It will be completed by filing an

additional affidavit, to be filed by 2 nd December, 2021.

4. List on 7th December, 2021.

5. In the meanwhile, Mr. Gada shall file affidavit of service proving

service of order dated 27th October, 2021 on all other Judgment

Debtors. Affidavit to be filed by 6th December, 2021.

6. Meantime, Bharat Co-operative Bank Limited shall file affidavit of

compliance also by 2nd December, 2021.
