1. Mr. Sharma on behalf of the applicant points out that the

defendant has been duly served as set out in affidavit of service

dated 12th November, 2021. Defendant is absent on call.

2. Mr. Sharma states that despite a decree having been passed, the

defendant has failed and neglected to comply. He therefore seeks

an order directing disclosure of assets of the defendant-judgment

debtor. In my view, non-compliance with the decree invites an
