1. Heard Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for the

applicant and Mr. Dedhia Additional Public Prosecutor for

the State.

2. In terms of the judgment and order in the case of

Arjun Krishnarao Malge V/s. The State of Maharashtra, in

PIL No.5/2021 passed by this Court, prosecution is

directed to inform the complainant that the application

shall be heard by this Court on 9th June, 2021. Prosecution

shall serve copy of the proceedings on the complainant. It

may be stated that, maximum sentence for the offence

registered against the applicant is five years. Applicant is

20 years old boy and has been in custody for the last six

months. In view of these facts, let the application be listed

for consideration on 9th June, 2021.

3. Prosecution shall ensure that, the complainant is

served with the proceedings well before the returnable date.

Stand over to 9th June, 2021 for further consideration.
