Mr.Desai, learned senior counsel for the petitioner invited our

attention to the order dated 29th September, 2020 passed by this Court

in Writ Petition (St) No. 92942 of 2020 and would submit that identical

interim relief may be granted by this Court in this petition.

2. Learned A.G.P. for the State on the other hand states that a

Special Leave Petition has been filed by University Grants

Commission against the judgment and order dated 27th April, 2020

passed by the Nagpur Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.1215 of

2017 and the same is pending. Statement is accepted.

3. The fact remains that no stay is granted by the Hon'ble Supreme

Court in the said proceedings against the said judgment and order dated

27th April, 2020 of Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No.1215 of 2017. We

accordingly allow the petitioner to continue till 31st December, 2021

subject to the order as may be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in

the pending Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 9368-

9369 of 2020.

4. Affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed within four weeks from

today with a copy to be served upon the petitioner's advocate

simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within two weeks

thereafter with a copy to be served upon the respondents' advocates

simultaneously.

5. Place the matter on board for admission on 19th July, 2021.

6. The parties to act on the copy of this order authenticated by the

Sheristedar of this Court.
