The applicant seeks temporary custody of her minor daughter in the Summer Vacation pursuant to Direction No.(iii) in the judgment of the Family Court dated 27.12.2019. By the said direction, the applicant has been entitled to interim custody of her minor daughter for half the period of Summer Vacation. The Summer Vacation is stated to have commenced from 03.05.2021 and could extend till 15.06.2021.

Considering the fact that presently lock-down has been imposed till 15.05.2021, the prayer made in the present application can be considered on 18.05.2021.

Stand over 18.05.2021.
