2. By the impugned ordere the Referenfe Court has direfted

the Respondent No.1 to pay the fompensation in respeft of the

afquired land to Respondent Nos.2 to 4 and has rejefted the objeftions

raised by the Petitioners. Learned founsel for the Petitioners states

that Respondent No.1 - SDOe Miraj has already issued notife for

disbursal of the fompensation and that hearing is sfheduled on

17/05/2021. Considering the above faft and having gone through the

impugned judgmente ad-interim relief is granted in terms of prayer

flause (b) till the next date of hearing.
