1. Shri Bangar, the learned counsel representing the U.P.S.C. places on record a compilation of documents (5 pages), which are marked collectively as "X" for identification.

2. Shri Bangar submits that the results of both these petitioners have been declared and they have been accordingly communicated. Both have passed their written main examination, which is known as "Civil Services(Main) Examination 2020. Both are eligible for interview test, which are termed

as "Personality Tests". The applications of both these candidates for Personality Tests would be accepted and the new Personality Tests schedule would be announced after the Covid pandemic and both these candidates would be included for the Personality Tests. He, however, adds that these steps are provisional in nature and U.P.S.C. desires to challenge the judgment delivered in favour of these two candidates in Writ Petition nos.5276/2021 and 5313/2021, dated 1st April, 2021.

3. The learned Advocates for the petitioners in both these Contempt Petitions submit that they would immediately apply for their Personality Tests for CSE-2020 and they are satisfied with the statement of the U.P.S.C. Consequently, both pray for leave to withdraw these Petitions.

4. In view of the above and the communication "X", both these Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.
