.           Under    consent terms filed in this Commercial Summary Suit, a

settlement amount together with the mode of its payment was agreed upon. The consent terms provided for revival of the Summons for Judgment in case of any single default on the part of the Defendant. Admittedly, there has been a default in payment and as a result, the summons for judgment deserves to be taken up for hearing. Place the summons for judgment for hearing on 19 April 2021. In the meantime, the Plaintiff is permitted to amend the cause title of the suit by substituting the new name of Defendant No.1. Re-verification is dispensed with.
