PER COURT:-

. It is submitted that the petitioner is given admission with

respondent No. 3 institution on condition that the validity should be

submitted.

2. The tribe claim of the petitioner is invalidated. The learned

counsel for the petitioner submits that two of the paternal cousins of

the petitioner are issued with validity certificates under the orders of

this Court. Shivani Jaywant More is issued with the validity certificate

under the judgment and order dated 24.07.2018 in Writ Petition No.

7509 of 2018 at the Principal Seat at Bombay and one Shweta Jaywant

More is issued with the validity certificate under the judgment and

order dated 07.01.2021 in Writ Petition No. 127 of 2021 by this Court.

3. The learned A.G.P. does not dispute the relationship of the

present petitioner with the petitioners of the aforementioned writ

petitions.

4. For the reasons recorded in the judgments of the aforesaid writ

petitions, we follow the same course and pass the following order.

5. The Committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioner of

Koli Mahadev - Scheduled Tribe immediately.

6. The said validity certificate would be subject to the decision that

would be taken by the Committee in the proceedings re-opened of the

validity holders relied by the petitioner.

7. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
