PER COURT :-

This is an application for condonation of delay. There is delay of four days in filing second appeal challenging the judgment and decree passed by learned District Judge -1, Basmatnagar, District Parbhani, in Regular Civil Appeal No. 4 of 2010, dated 03-08-2011.

2. Though, present application is pending from year 2012 and non-applicants are served long-back, no reply is filed to the present application opposing prayer made in the application.

3. After going through the contents of application, I am satisfied that sufficient reasons are given in the application for condoning the delay caused in filing second appeal. In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed. The delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to register second appeal.

5. List the matter for admission.
