 PER COURT:

 1.       The       grievance          of    the    petitioner           is      that

though he has made numerous applications for the

correction of area in the revenue record pursuant

to the judgment of the Civil Court as well as the

order passed by the learned Single Judge of this

court in Writ Petition No. 2984 of 2014 dated

12.01.2018, entry of the same is not taken by the

authority.

2. In that event, the petitioner may approach

the committee constituted under Circular dated

13.02.2015. The petitioner may approach the said

Committee. The Committee would certainly consider

the grievance in accordance with law.

3. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No

costs.
