ORDER :

1. These are Applications for condonation of delay. There is a delay of 819 days and 809 days in filing the First Appeals by the acquiring body, challenging the common Judgment and Award dated 18-09-2017 and 28-09- 2017 passed by reference court in LAR no. 98 of 2012 with connected Land Acquisition References and LAR no. 76 of 2012 with connected Land Acquisition References, respectively.

2. When the matters were called out, learned counsel for the claimants appeared and informed this Court that she is holding for Mr. L.C. Patil, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the claimants and Mr. L.C. Patil will file Vakalatnama within a week's time. She submits that in a matter arising out of the same acquisition proceedings, on similar reasons stated in the Application, delay of similar period of 819 days was condoned and, therefore, she has no objection, if this Application is allowed.

3. In that view of the matter and in view of the reasons stated in the Applications, the Applications are allowed. Delay caused in filing the First Appeals is condoned. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.

4. Office is directed to place the matters for admission.
