ORDER :

These applications are moved by applicant-Acquiring Body for condonation of delay. There is delay of 1684 days caused in filing appeals to challenge the Judgment and Award dated 6 th December, 2013 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omerga, in Land Acquisitions References No. 738, 741, 746, 747 and 748 of 2005.

2. Heard learned respective counsels for the parties.

3. Learned counsel for applicant points out that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant and thereby explained the delay caused in filing first appeals. He submits that, the delay is bonafide and not intentional. It is submitted that if delay is condoned, no prejudice would be caused to other side.

4. The non-applicants have not filed reply opposing the applications for condonation of delay. Learned counsel for non-applicants orally opposed the applications.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the applications, I find sufficient and justifiable reasons for condoning delay caused in filing first appeals.

6. The civil applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. Civil Applications are disposed of.

7. Office is directed to register the appeals and place the same for admission.
