2. This Application is taken out seeking condonation of delay of 74 days in instituting the Criminal Appeal under Section 374 of the Cr.P.C., being aggrieved by the judgment passed in Special Case No.22 of 2014 by which the Appellant is convicted

under Sections 377 of the IPC along with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The reasons stated in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the Application are bona fide and, therefore, the Application deserves consideration. On being satisfied that the reasons stated in the Application are beyond the control of the Appellant, the 74 days' delay in filing the Appeal deserves to be condoned and is accordingly condoned.

4. Interim Application No.1032 of 2020 is disposed of in the above terms.
