ORDER:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the validation

proceeding is fixed on 26.03.2021 for hearing.

3. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26.03.2021.

The Committee shall dispose of the proceeding within three months.

4. The impugned order placing the petitioner under supernumerary

post during pendency of validation proceeding, is quashed and set aside.

5. The respondents may take further course of action depending upon

the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation

proceedings.

6. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
