2 These Revision Applications are filed by the Original Accused.

The Applicants were convicted for the offence punishable under Section

Indian Penal Code and were sentenced to suffer maximum rigorous

imprisonment for one month and to pay fine of Rs.500/- each by the

3 Criminal Appeal No.4 of 2002 preferred by the Applicants was

partly allowed by the learned 11 th Additional Sessions Judge, Pune by its

Judgment and Order dated 15th May, 2003. The Appellate Court while

modifying the Trial Court's Judgment and Order, convicted the Applicants

for an offence committed under Section 441 and punishable under Section

447 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced the Applicant to suffer simple

imprisonment till rising of the Court and to pay fine of Rs.600/- each.

4 Record further indicates that, this Court admitted the aforesaid

Revision Applications on 20th July, 2004 and 16th June, 2005 respectively

however, no interim relief was granted to the Applicants.

It further appears that, the Applicants have already undergone

the sentence and therefore, are no more interested in pursuing the present

Revision Applications. It may be the reason, the Applicants are not

appearing before this Court consistently.

In view thereof, both the Revision Applications are disposed off.
