1 Mr. Deshmukh appearing for MCGM states that the Full Bench

Judgment squarely applies to this petition and therefore, to that extent

challenge to the Award would not survive. Mr. Deshmukh, however, states

that there are various other points on which the Award is unsustainable

primarily on the jurisdiction of the learned Arbitrator and even if the Court

concludes that the Arbitrator had jurisdiction, then on merits of the Award.
