1. In the impugned judgment and order dated 25 th January, 2017, passed by MACT, Raigad at Alibag in MACP No.608 of 2007, the learned Member had permitted the Insurance Company to recover the compensation amount from opponent no.1 namely 'Narshi Nenci & Sons'.

2. In view of the said order, as a matter of fact, nothing survives in the appeal, however, Mr.Rahul Mehta, the learned Counsel for the appellant seeks time to take appropriate instructions.
