1. By this application under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, the applicant has challenged registration of

the First Information Report No.118/2015 dated 20.06.2015

registered with the non-applicant No.1-Police Station for the

offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149,

437, 427, 447 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. During pendency of this application, charge-sheet has

been filed against the applicant in the year 2016. Since the

charge-sheet is filed in the year 2016, there is no challenge till

date in the present application. We are not inclined to entertain

present application, which impugns registration of the First

Information Report. However, the applicant will be at liberty to

challenge filing of charge-sheet by way of fresh application.

3. With above clarification, the Criminal Application

stands disposed of.
