1. The Applicant has sought restoration of Appeal which was

dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the office

objections will be removed within a period of four weeks. In view

of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the

application, the Application is allowed. Appeal is restored to the

file. Application stands disposed of.

3. Learned Counsel for the Applicant further states that by

order dated 15.2.2021 this Court had stayed the execution and

implementation of the impugned judgment, subject to depositing

the amount within four weeks from the date of the order. He

submits that the Appellant-Insurance Company was unable to

deposit the amount due to the situation arising from COVID 19

Pandemic. He states that the amount will be deposited within a

period of one week. Statement accepted.

4. In the light of the said statement, stay order to continue till

the next date of hearing.
