 PER COURT:-

 1.               Mr.          Deshmukh,          learned       counsel          for      the
 petitioner               submits             that       the      petitioner               has
 completed his internship.                              Now the petitioner is
 required            to        complete           the    bond       period.               The
 petitioner was admitted in the Government Medical
 College.              The       internship             completion         certificate
 would be required to undergo bond period.


 2.               The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent
 nos.1 and 2.


 3.               Mr.          Sant,    learned          counsel         appears          for
 respondent            no.3       and     submits         that      the      internship
 completion certificate now would be issued through
 the college.

 4.               As           the     petitioner         has        to        undergo
 compulsory             bond         period,     we    pass      the       following
 order:
                                             ORDER

A. In case, there is no other impediment, then internship completion certificate shall not be withheld only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

B. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 07.07.2021.

C. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

D. The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

5. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
