Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2. This proceedings were restored after condoning the delay and after setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar by this Court, as per the order dated 03.12.2019. The appellant has also removed the office objections. Today, the matter is fixed for issuing notice on delay condonation application.

3. Ms H.N. Jaipurkar, learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. No one is present on behalf of the appellant. The impugned judgment is pronounced on 21.04.2012. The appellant took time in engaging advocate and preparing appeal. The delay is opposed. Convincing reasons are given.

4. Even though original proceedings were filed in the

year 2012, the appellant filed restoration application after seven years. The fact that restoration is allowed, this Court has now to hear the appeal on merits. Hence, the delay of 31 days is condoned.
