We have noted the submission made on behalf of the appellant Asmita Anil Khot that respondent husband has not made any payment of the decreed maintenance amount in terms of judgment and order dated 08.05.2019 passed by the Family Court. This aspect will be considered when we hear both the appeals on the next date.
