1              Learned Advocate Mr. Sandesh R. Patil submits that now he has

been instructed to appear for respondent Nos.1 and 2 as he has been taken

on panel. He may file his Vakalatnama within a period of one week.

2 As regards this application is concerned, applicant No.4/c wants

to change her name, surname especially, however, it can be seen that in the

Judgment and Award passed by the learned reference Court she has been

addressed as 'Manisha Vilas Patil' and, therefore, it is required to be seen as

to under which name she had made signatures in the record. It is said that

the record is with this Court and therefore, learned Registrar (Judicial) to

place report before this Court, as to what are the documents in respect of

applicant No.4/c, showing that she represented her name as 'Manisha Vilas

Patil' and where she had made signatures under that name or at any point of

time it has tried to be brought on record that her real name is 'Manisha Vilas

Choudhari'. Report to be submitted on or before 23.06.2021. Place the

matter on 23.06.2021.
